With twenty five years of experience, I offer seasoned and compasssionate guidance as you define your specific goals and work toward inhabiting a truer version of yourself.
I have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy meaning I value what your past relationships taught you about who you are and how to love and be loved---and how those lessons are impacting your relationships today. I also use cognitive behavior tools to help you evaluate and modify destructive thoughts and behaviors.
