***Telehealth (Video/Phone) Sessions Available*** Walking through the doors is the first and most important step in one’s journey of therapy. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families through difficult times and supporting them through those times. I know that each client is their own person, so I meet each client where they are emotionally and mentally, modifying my treatment approach to best aid each client in achieving their goals.
Therapeutic methods I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and listening to the mind-body connection.
