I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from traumatic experiences, attachment issues, stress related disorders, faith transitions, anxiety and depression. I use a variety of frameworks including Poly-Vagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and many others to help individuals find their own happiness and work through challenges in life.
I provide a professional, safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment for individuals and families to overcome anxiety and panic, improve relationships, build self-esteem, defeat depression, and transition through life’s challenges. I believe that therapy is a journey that creates an opportunity for self-discovery and healing.
