I am a southern-grown, dual licensed MFT looking to reach a diverse client base and expand accessibility to telehealth therapy!
Whether it's exploring and processing past trauma, coping with a recent loss, or working through a major life transition, I am a firm believer that there is no problem too great or too small to bring to therapy. I recognize that everyone comes with their own unique stories, goals, dreams, and passions, and I approach therapy with each of my clients through an individualized and culturally sensitive lens to ensure your needs are being met.
I tend to employ a collaborative and person-centered style of therapy, drawing upon elements of solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies to tailor treatment to individual needs. I have extensive experience working with issues of trauma, generational/family work, and mood disorders (primarily bipolar I and II, anxiety, and depression).
Self-forgiveness and self-love are themes that drive my therapeutic work. My goal is not only to help you work through the obstacles in your life, but also to know that you never have to face any of these challenges alone.
