Virtual art therapy process group for mental health professionals (master's-level therapist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) located in Oregon. For those seeking to create art as a means of self-expression, reflection, and emotional processing of the challenging work we do. The group is largely self-directed in an open-studio format. There will be opportunities to participate in a collective art-making process to build community. Art prompts can be provided to those seeking to deepen their creative process. Choose your own art materials. No artistic experience, talent, or ability is required. Cost is $60 per person per group.
