Have you been spending so much energy adapting and adjusting that you've lost touch with what you actually need? I specialize in working with adults with disabilities, neurodivergence, and trans individuals. I also work with folks navigating identity, grief, body image, and sexuality.

Our group addresses the full range of postpartum experiences, from the emotional highs and lows to the physical and relational changes that come with welcoming a new baby. Pacific Mental Health’s Gender Explorers Group is a free, weekly, ninety-minute support group for those ages 18+. With psychoeducation and mindfulness elements, this group provides a safe place to discuss various topics such as: gender identity, acceptance, coming out, relationships, body image, coping, self-care, building social networks, and opportunities to attend to obstacles in a member’s personal journey. Participants are encouraged to bring a paper and writing utensil to use during icebreaker activities. Feel free to drop in and out at your own convenience!
