I have over 18 years of professional experience working with individuals, couples, and groups as a licensed counselor. As a licensed professional counselor and co-owner of ReNEW Counseling and Wellness, I currently work with adults, adolescents, couples, and groups and treat a wide variety of issues. I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Specialist in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize a systemic approach in working with individuals and relationships.
I have specialized training in trauma therapy, EMDR, and am a certified sexual addiction therapist (CSAT). I have worked intensely in treating both chemical and process addictions. I also have a specialization in Supervision in the state of Arkansas.
I have a great deal of professional experience in a variety of settings including outpatient and residential. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member in the University setting and have been a guest lecturer and speaker.
