For over 8 years, I have worked with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, relational challenges, identity development, perfectionism, personal growth, career challenges, spiritual concerns, and more. While my clinical work is rooted in evidence-based practices, I takes great care to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. I specialize in EMDR therapy as a means to treat trauma-based challenges and disorders, with additional training in using EMDR to effectively treat anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

I also offer counseling from a Christian worldview, for those who are seeking to incorporate a Christian faith with counseling. However, this is completely optional; I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and would never push my beliefs on others.
