The clients I work with range from 7 years old to 85. Typically the clients who seek my help are experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, relationship problems, phase of life difficulties, or memory problems. The goals clients have are typically to achieve a more balance life and mitigate their mental health difficulties. When applicable, I combined talk therapy with neurofeedback and neuromodulation treatment to create long lasting change from the inside out. I find clients benefit more from this type of treatment than talk therapy alone.
Someone who works with me should know that I have a deep understanding of the brain from my professional training in neurofeedback. During our therapy I will provide psychoeducation on neurological mechanisms that are leading to symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic, etc. Clients tend to find this extremely helpful!
