I was drawn to counseling out of a desire to help people heal and grow through the gift of relationship. I am passionate about connecting with others and walking alongside them as they navigate challenging seasons of life. I have experience working with clients who are wrestling with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, couples counseling, and play therapy.
I strive to create a supportive space with compassion and curiosity for clients to explore their emotions and past experiences. My approach integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
