I work with adults who feel like something about them has always been missed, whether they’re looking for answers in psychological testing or seeking therapy that finally fits. I find that many evaluations leave you with a diagnosis when what you need instead is a map. Two people with the same ADHD or autism diagnosis can have completely different internal worlds: different personality structures, different ways of regulating emotion, different relational patterns. A checklist or screener can’t capture that, but if you’re looking for insight into how your mind works, not just a label, a comprehensive assessment can help.
For assessments, you’ll receive a report that gives you a framework to understand yourself more deeply, as well as reduce shame and self-blame. You’ll receive personalized recommendations to save you money and frustration by pointing you in the right direction for therapy instead of cycling through approaches that don’t fit.
In therapy, I enjoy working with OCD, perfectionism, and uncertainty-driven anxiety, with people who feel things intensely or have never quite fit the available categories, and folks who have tried lots of therapy and self-help but still feel stuck. My style is warm, flexible, and collaborative, while staying grounded in research.
