I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan who experience a variety of challenges such as but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relational concerns, self-esteem, identity exploration, and the impact of social and systemic stressors. I am committed to helping clients heal and grow while fostering resilience and empowerment.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices while prioritizing relationship and collaboration. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet clients where they are and support healing that feels safe and sustainable.
