I specialize in working with a multitude of models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work in depth with couples facing relational struggles, partner betrayal trauma, chemical dependency, and individuals stuck in the struggle of grief and loss.
