When things become overwhelming, it can help to have a space to process. If this describes you, I would love to meet you! I have worked with individuals across diverse backgrounds and age ranges. Most commonly, I have worked with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, family struggles, relationship stress, and life transitions.
I view the therapy room as YOUR space and I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I develop a treatment plan collaboratively with my clients and draw my interventions from behavioral approaches.
