About
I have found that in therapy, the individual has the opportunity to become more mindful and self aware, which can better serve the person to live more deeply, with more knowledge, and with more happiness. In therapy, the client has the potential to access the wisdom of psyche, from which the individual can achieve positive changes in his or her life. Through being aware of patterns and habits of one's past, the individual can make transformations in order to be more mindful through one's life.
My degree is in depth psychotherapy, and I have worked with clients with a variety of life experiences. I have also worked extensively with dual diagnosis clients who have struggled with substance abuse.
Feel free to contact me at anytime with any questions you may have, in order to see if therapy is a good fit for you.
