My goal is to assist people in making sense of change so that we can learn from it, rather than feel bogged down by it. If you've felt overwhelmed, if the things that used to get you through the day aren't cutting it anymore, and if you've realized it's time for something to change: give me a call. I work with folks navigating issues of identity and change within relationships, orientation, and spirituality. I support those trying to learn and heal from past histories of trauma. I also serve fellow therapists who have, understandably, recognized their own need for additional support in unprecedented times.
I believe that our lives are products of the personal, familial, and cultural systems we live in and that those systems have a profound impact on us. I use EMDR to help clients understand the beliefs they have formed about themselves and the those they hope to live into, allowing people to begin making the changes they want to see in their lives.
