Hi, I’m Jordan. Welcome to The Center of Resiliency! I am excited to walk alongside you on this journey. I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating anxious-avoidant dynamics, communication breakdowns, emotional overwhelm, and recurring relationship stress. My work is strongly informed by attachment theory and emotional regulation science, helping clients understand the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns that drive disconnection and conflict.
