I am certified in Play Therapy, Infant Mental Health, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, AutPlay Therapy, and trained in Perinatal Mental Health. I can work with all ages in overcoming trauma, coping with anxiety and depression, and managing life stressors to improve wellbeing.
