I work with people in the space between the relationships they have and the life they haven’t built yet. Often overwhelmed and stuck in cycles that won’t change, and not knowing what else to do to make things work. Whether it’s individual, couples, or family therapy, I help break these cycles and help you figure out what’s next. I know that being human is complicated. Relationships, family dynamics, and our inner worlds feel like a lot, especially now, and no one hands us an instruction manual for any of it. I’m here for you — with curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor.

My approach is simple: therapy should feel safe, compassionate, and real. I’ll help you see the bigger picture of the patterns that shape your life while also making space for the parts of you that just want to be understood. I have specialty training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and EMDR.

I believe healing happens in connection - the kind that feels like a mix of warmth, honesty, and sometimes even a laugh. I strongly believe in the transformative power of therapy and the therapeutic relationship. I have experienced this in my own life, on the other side of the room, as a client.
