Whether it's exploring and processing past trauma, coping with a recent loss, or working through a major life transition, I am a firm believer that there is no problem too great or too small to bring to therapy! I tend to employ a collaborative and person-centered style of therapy, drawing upon elements of solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies to tailor treatment to individual needs. I have extensive experience working with issues of trauma, generational/family work, and mood disorders (primarily bipolar I and II, anxiety, and depression).
