I specialize in individual and group therapy for children (3+), adolescents, young adults, and caregivers. My therapeutic framework is relational and person-centered. My therapeutic interventions are based in Play Therapy (Aut-Play), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Nature-based Therapy. While each person requires unique interventions, I approach all clients from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming lens. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to play, process, and gain skills to adapt to life’s demands with resilience.
For more than 10 years, I have walked alongside children and families in the special education field, advocating for inclusion, equity, and the recognition of each person’s unique strengths. This work has given me first-hand knowledge of the challenges, frustrations, and isolation that families often encounter.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is possible in relationship, and that every individual—no matter their story—carries strengths, gifts, and dignity that can be nurtured to contribute to community and wholeness.
