Lovely to meet you! I am a licensed therapist and addictions counselor, and I identify as a witch/solo practitioner. I am committed to creating a space where practitioners of various magickal systems and the spiritually curious feel heard and validated in their beliefs as they navigate their healing journey. Too often, those in our community feel they have to hide parts of themselves for fear their provider will invalidate their lived experience. It is my hope that as we work together, you feel safe embracing your craft with me as we embark on your healing journey.
My treatment areas include mood disorders (depression, bipolar II, schizoaffective, etc.), generalized anxiety disorder, codependency, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex PTSD, substance use, and other forms of addictive behavior.
I believe that therapy offers us an opportunity to get to know ourselves in ways we might not otherwise- very similar to witchcraft. Both methods provide avenues for us to reconnect our minds and bodies, learn to trust our intuition, and increase our autonomy.
