I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples & families navigate life's challenges and strengthen their relationships. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space to support your growth and healing. Education, experience, and practice have honed my therapeutic skills to work well with working with client's experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and challenges with adjusting to life transitions and/or life after trauma.
As a compassionate, collaborative therapist, I help individuals, couples, and families move from chaos to clarity using integrative, systemic strategies. My therapeutic approach is fundamentally rooted in systems theory. Meaning, I view a person's struggles not in isolation, but within the context of their relationships, environment, and history.
