In my therapeutic practice, I go beyond talk therapy to hold space for all human emotional experiences and responses. I seek to help you heal and increase moments of creativity, connection, and play in your day-to-day life.
I use brain- and body therapies such as Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting to support clients on both neurological and physiological planes. My practice is compassion-based, interactive, and non-pathologized.
