Hi! My name is Jordan, a Social Worker/Therapist. I utilize psychodynamic therapy which is effective for any sort of issue - come one come all! I enjoy working with all sorts of issues, but am specifically interested in areas of substance use/addiction, sports psychology/performance, and relationship concerns. My approach looks at how our prior experiences impact our everyday life. I put a lot of emphasis on building our therapeutic relationship, as this is the biggest driver of change. I want to be someone who is able to sit with you through the difficult moments, and together find ways to embrace our hardships.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy camping, weightlifting, Muay Thai (MMA), video games, and spending time with friends/family. I have a human kiddo and two cat kiddos - Miss Kitty and Kakarot (Dragon Ball Z fans?).
