Finding a counselor can be a big, scary step in our life. I aim to help that step feel a little less scary. As your counselor, my hope is to help you find the best path to becoming who you want to be and overcome obstacles in your way. I have experience working with clients 14 years old through adulthood with the majority of my training and experience in trauma and the impacts it causes. I am also trained through Postpartum Support International to work with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I offer an open and nonjudgmental environment to all of my clients. I believe in empowering my clients to help find the best choice of action for them. I use traditional talk therapy as well as experiential activities in my work as a counselor.
