I have 14 years experience helping adults, teens and families find their footing again. I conduct in-person and telehealth therapy sessions with a Las Cruces practice, Lighthouse Recovery. Therapy with me goes beyond just talking about your feelings. I believe in working together to find answers, build skills, and create meaningful change. We are in this together!
