I provide individualized, evidence-based therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients ages 6 through older adulthood and emphasize trust, autonomy, and collaboration. Together, we will build awareness, confidence, and practical skills to support meaningful change. While I have a particular interest in helping individuals manage anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), I also treat concerns including depression, self-esteem, mood difficulties, interpersonal conflict, and ADHD. In addition to therapy, I conduct psychological evaluations, primarily with children and adolescents.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's needs and goals, drawing principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Exposure Therapy, SPACE Treatment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, mindfulness interventions, and Parent Management Training.
