I have over twenty-five years of experience working with people with a variety of issues and concerns including anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, attunement trauma and attachment wounds, depression, physical pain, family conflict, relationship dynamics and communication, parenting topics, adolescent development, midlife phase, and grief and loss.
I specialize in Brainspotting, a brain-body based, relational therapy that can help with mental health symptoms, intense emotions, and physical pain. I'm also a Certified Grief Educator with David Kessler. Other modalities include IFS/Parts and somatic techniques.
As a therapist, I am collaborative, client centered, compassionate, and intuitive. I work with clients from age 16 to mid-80s. I am present and caring, and my goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place for my clients to heal and grow.
