Tame Your Mind - Young Adult Women (18-30)
The goal of this group is for you to gain support to help you learn about yourself, more confidently be yourself, break free from fears, worries, and unhelpful thoughts, and quiet the inner critic to speak more kindly to yourself. Excellent group for those experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and more. Group will meet virtually via Google Meet from April-May (Time/Day TBD).
