I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) working with high-functioning adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients appear capable on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They often sense that something feels off and may experience anxiety, irritability, low mood, or burnout without fully understanding why or how to shift it. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
I integrate CBT, ACT, and neuroscience-informed psychoeducation to help clients understand their inner experiences, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for change. Therapy isn’t about fixing you it’s about understanding what has shaped you and creating space for growth, authenticity, and a more intentional life.
I offer culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirmative care informed by my multiracial background and over a decade of experience working with diverse communities, including military families, adolescents, and agricultural communities. Clients often describe me as approachable and grounded.
