I love working with motivated individuals who are really looking to make lasting changes in their life. I’m not your typical therapist. I keep it real, relaxed, and judgment-free. I prioritize eliminating unnecessary formalities and do my best to meet clients in whatever season of life they happened to be in. I’ll meet you there and help you navigate the tough stuff with compassion and authenticity.
