Trauma has many faces from domestic violence to a history of abuse (medical/childhood/physical/emotional/verbal/sexual), PTSD, identity issues, depression/ anxiety, major life events, long term stress, just being a teen, being a parent, and even relationships. Pregnancy and Postpartum can lead to so many unseen/untreated or minimized complications.
My laid back and down to earth approach to the importance of men’s mental health and communication, make it easier for guys to accept getting help and being successful. Most of all its ok if you don’t know, we can figure it out together. Married for 25+years with 4 kiddos, I bring a lot of unconditional acceptance to the table.
