Welcome! I'm Jonnett, and I believe that once people start to heal, they can pursue opportunities that they previously did not feel capable of. I'm thrilled to join you on your journey! I use a variety of approaches but I mainly focus on Somatic, EMDR, and EgoState Therapy approaches as I believe that calming the nervous system is the first step to lasting healing. I focus on clients with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have a focus on women dealing with perinatal mental health concerns. I will be offering EMDR Intensives starting within the next two months. Check out my website for more!

I am an EMDR certified therapist with EMDRIA. I offer in-person and telehealth services to clients in South Carolina and virtual-only sessions to clients in Florida. And yes, EMDR can be done virtually! I'm also an LPCS candidate as well as a EMDR Consultant in Training.
