I have been a Therapist for 14 years. Sometimes I have clients come in and know exactly what they want to achieve.
Other times I have clients that have no idea where to begin and they are both my idea clients. In an uncertain world it can be amazing to have someone by your side to hold space for you without judgment. My approach is one of compassion, empowerment and respect. I specialize in helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence-based approaches. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns, Trauma-Focused CBT to process and heal from past experiences, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop emotional regulation and interpersonal skills.
