Maybe you feel like you don't fit in the same mold as everyone else. Maybe you feel like the world wasn't made for you - or you feel lost, overwhelmed, or just different from others. I specialize in adults and teens with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout. I welcome all people who feel othered or "outside the norm", especially LGBTQ+, neurodivergent folks, those from marginalized or mixed cultures, burned out "gifted kids", and people with "nerdy" interests like video games and D&D. If you are looking for someone to accept you for who you really are - you are welcome at my door, and we will celebrate and honor what makes you unique.

My style is rooted in acceptance, mindfulness, and existential-humanist perspectives. I emphasize your autonomy by adapting therapy to each person - some will see progress in the short term (5-6 sessions), but other goals may require a long term approach. Together we will approach problems with compassion and help you live more meaningfully.

I believe something amazing happens when you understand and accept yourself - you feel more empowered, remove old obstacles, and start to take control of your life. Whether you're struggling with change, finding direction, setting boundaries, living the life you want, or simply want to feel heard and understood - you don't have to face the path ahead alone.
