I am passionate about making mental health care more accessible, especially for those who have experienced relational trauma throughout their life. Being a trauma survivor myself, I am deeply aware of the way that trauma impacts our minds and bodies. Many of my clientele comes from diverse backgrounds. I love working with both individuals and couples who are ready to begin their healing process.
I take an integrated, trauma informed approach. I spend time getting to know you and your needs and am able to tailor my knowledge of the therapeutic process to meet you where you are. I often rely on skills associated with Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems. I also prioritize somatic healing.
