Most of us are looking for peace, with ourselves, in relationships and as we move through our world. In cultivating peace, we may need support in managing difficult emotions or working through a loss or traumatic experience. Whether you are looking to manage grief, depressive symptoms or anxiety, or you desire to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and others, knowing our own truth is key. The answer is in each of us; we may just need a little guidance in finding it. I deeply love the work of meeting people where they are and guiding & creatively companioning them into work that enables a richer, more peaceful life.
Creativity can illuminate our path to healing. Becoming whole again is within reach when we are willing to explore the thoughts, beliefs and images that inform and guide us to our own inner knowing- our own light. Art therapy is a valuable approach, allowing us to bypass limitations of language and use imagery for insights.
If we shed warm light on our issues, we can move into a richer, more peaceful life. I am a social justice cultivator, a nature lover and curator of creative work that leads to transformation.
