I come from a place of wanting the best for you and wanting to help you reach your potential. Engaging in therapy can mean stretching, digging, looking at hard things. It's not always easy to jump in. But therapy itself can be a "corrective experience" where someone is coming alongside you as a witness to your pain, your story, someone who really wants to understand you.
I'm curious, constantly learning, and engaging with my colleagues to grow as a therapist. That's the PASSIONATE part of me. I'm also compassionate, empathetic, understanding, and attuned. That's the HEART part of me. Underlying all of that are my ETHICS--my intent to practice and do life with healthy boundaries and integrity.
