I love working with adults, and enjoy connecting with adolescents who struggle with emotional regulation, grief, depression, school/friendship struggles, suicidal thoughts, self harm, anxiety, and social pressures. Sometimes we just need someone to guide us into new, healthy ways of thinking and feeling.
