In our sessions, we’ll move beyond survival mode. You’ll learn how to quiet anxious thoughts, set boundaries without guilt, and release patterns rooted in over-functioning and people-pleasing. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools you can use in real life, whether that’s managing work stress, improving relationships, or reclaiming your sense of peace.
