I help individuals, couples, and groups navigate the unique pressures that can come with being part of BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ communities—balancing cultural expectations, family & relationship dynamics, identity exploration, or experiences of being misunderstood or marginalized. You might notice patterns like people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship stress, or feeling responsible for holding everything together. I offer a space that you don’t have to explain your identity—where you can reflect, feel seen, and reconnect with grounded confidence.
My approach is collaborative and client-led. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, ACT, and grief work to support individuals & couples. I currently have therapy openings in an intergenerational trauma group. I frequently work with those who are new to therapy and unsure where to begin — offering a gentle, flexible process.
I know how hard getting started in therapy can be. I am here to help walk you through that process at a pace that feels right for you. I welcome clients of all backgrounds with a specialized focus on supporting Black women, women of color & LGBT+ individuals & couples. My approach is evidence-based, affirming, personalized & grounded in compassion.

Breaking Intergenerational Trauma Group
You are not broken. Many of the patterns you struggle with began as intelligent adaptations to your environment. This trauma-informed therapy group helps you understand where those patterns came from — and how to change them. The Breaking Intergenerational Trauma Group is an 8-week virtual therapy group designed to help adults identify inherited emotional and relational patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop new ways of responding to stress, relationships, and family dynamics. Through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and supportive discussion, participants learn practical tools to interrupt cycles that may have been present for generations.
