My clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, stress, co-occurring disorders, men’s issues, adolescents, and children.
My approach is individualized to each person’s needs and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and strength-based approaches, among other evidence-informed interventions.
