Maybe this sounds like you: On the outside, things might look fine. But inside, it can get loud fast. Like your mind has already taken off before you can catch up. Even when you understand what’s going on, the same loops show up again. Replaying conversations. Expecting the worst. Turning on yourself. After a while, it gets exhausting. Not because something is wrong, but because there hasn’t been a clear way to relate to it.
I help people change how they relate to their own mind. Instead of trying to fix or analyze it, we stay close to what’s happening in real time, especially when reactions take over. As that becomes easier to see, things begin to loosen. There’s less getting pulled into the same patterns, and more room to respond in a way that actually feels like you.
When these patterns keep repeating, it can start to feel discouraging. But it doesn’t mean you’re stuck. We go at a pace that feels natural, with enough structure to keep things steady without overcomplicating it. If you’re dealing with self-criticism, anxiety, or a stretch of life that feels harder than it should, you don’t have to sort it out alone.

Coming Home to Grief
Coming Home to Grief is an 8-week transformational workshop that offers a safe space for members of the group to express and transform their story of loss using oral story, poetry, sandtray, collage, physical movement, drama, music, and ritual. Participants will be guided through a personal process that grants profound permission to enter a place of sorrow, to work with it, explore its contours and textures, to become familiar with the landscape of loss, and to construct a new relationship with who or what has been lost. **You don’t need to be an artist to join this group!
