| Español I’m a bilingual therapist and licensed clinical social worker, LICSW, LCSW. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, attachment disruptions, past traumatic or adverse experiences, low self-esteem & grief/loss. I offer immigration evaluations for VAWA, U-Visa, Asylum, and Hardship Waiver cases. And specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on neurodevelopment.
I believe we all have the capability and strengths that allow us to live a healthy and happy life; sometimes we just need a little bit of support to get there. Therefore, my role as a therapist would be to support you to identify those strengths, deepen your self-insight and support you in developing skills that will serve you long after sessions conclude.
