I'm experienced in working with adolescents through elder care. Comfortable in individual or group settings, I'm qualified in substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, and couples counseling. My clients find a solution-focused safe space to explore feelings and conflicts they can not identify independently. Beyond talking, I am a trained art therapist for clients who express a need but do not have the vocabulary to communicate with an active listener. Clients can seek and find their inner wisdom at their own pace, with only their interests at heart.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in New Mexico, Idaho, and Indiana. I am also a registered Art Therapist, specializing in expressive media when indicated. An art therapy-informed therapist approaches individual and group treatment based on years of specialized training. I can integrate nonverbal expressions into a deeper therapeutic experience.
