Many people who seek therapy are highly capable on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, disconnected, or caught in painful dynamics in relationships or work. I work collaboratively with adults to explore the deeper emotional forces influencing their relationships, work, and sense of self. Together, we examine how past experiences and ways of coping continue to shape the present. Therapy can help deepen self-understanding, loosen longstanding difficulties, and create greater fulfillment, flexibility, and authenticity in life.
I tailor treatment to the individual and view therapy as a collaborative process. My approach encourages thoughtful exploration of emotions, relationships, and inner conflicts that may be difficult to understand or put into words. Through this process, people often develop a clearer sense of themselves, greater emotional awareness, and an increased capacity
