Hi! My name is Jon and I am a licensed therapist in CT. I have experience working with clients from many different backgrounds struggling with a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, sex related issues, and relational conflict. I am an LGBTQ+ friendly therapist clients and have experience working with marginalized communities.
I utilize leading modalities to tailor therapy to each of my clients. I do this by incorporating concepts from Mindfulness, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and more.
