I work with clients who are often seeking a sense of belonging, who feel lost or out of place in their own life, or who are frustrated and exhausted by the world around them. Our therapy together will focus on the identification of needs, wants, and personal goals, the obstacles preventing you from realizing these goals, and the development of self-esteem that will drive your personal growth.

I utilize a Psychodynamic approach to help you explore past experiences to gain insight into when and why mental health symptoms arose or problematic behaviors began. Meanwhile, we will develop and implement Cognitive Based Therapy interventions to address and reduce the frequency, duration, and intensity of behaviors that require immediate attention, and reduce overall distress.
