I have maintained a private practice providing individual, couple, and group psychotherapy in the Los Angeles area for the last 21 years. Life is not easy, and sometimes it gets really hard. But the measure of success is how we cope with life's challenges.
I believe that therapy is at its core simply a relationship between two people, one of whom shares those life concerns which are most pressing, painful, or frustrating, while the other is genuinely committed to helping understand those concerns and to facilitating the personal changes most desired.
I provide individual and couples therapy for a range of issues including relationship problems, anxiety and depression, and substance use issues.
